We collect personal information you provide to us as part of the Services, for example, when you create an account or request informational materials, submit an application to one of our institutions, enroll in our programs or courses at one of our institutions, apply for financial aid at one of our institutions, participate in a promotion or survey, use career services, set up profiles for online educational or administrative tools, use our online or offline resources, attend a conference, event or other in-person function, or otherwise interact with us either online or offline. Examples of the type of information you may provide to us are:
- Personal identifying information, for example, your name, mailing address, email and phone number, social security number, driver's license, date of birth, passport details, sex at birth, national origin, educational and employment history, financial information, and other similar type of personal identifiers;
- Testimonials provided for marketing materials;
- Demographic information;
- Information provided on enrollment agreement or other applications;
- Information you provide when you create an account;
- Information that you provide on social media for example, photos, comments, and reviews;
Information collected automatically

For example, we require (a) certain information under law to process a financial aid application, (b) certain information to enroll you in a program, (c) your contact details to send you any information you have requested.

We may use personal information to form a view on what we believe may be of interest to you. Website Chatbots
If you interact with our chat functionality on our websites for our Services our third-party vendor may collect information necessary to authenticate your identity for example, your name and last four digits of your SSN and information related to your browsing and online behavior, and activities, and automatic information, for example, IP address, operating system, type of device used, and chat and messaging transcripts on our behalf. Our third-parties collect this information on our behalf so that we can respond to your communications to us and provide you with customer service that you may request.
Website Interactions
We use third parties to gather information about how you and others use and interact with our websites for our Services. For example, our third parties enable us to know how many users access a specific page and which links they clicked on. These third parties may use technologies for example, session replay software to capture your mouse movements, scrolls, and clicks and entries into forms. We respect the contact preferences of learners, students, alumni, and members of the community-at-large. We will only call you or send you a text if you have provided your consent to receive such communications from us.

To stop receiving text messages from us, text STOP to the number from which text messages are being sent. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that number.

The security of your personal information is important to us. To review and update your personal information to ensure it is accurate, you may access your account and make any needed changes or contact us.
Children Under the Age of 16
Our Websites are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on our Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use or provide any information about yourself (including your name, address, telephone number, or email address) through our Websites. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
