Thomas Rametta
President
Thomas Rametta serves as President of Vocate Education Solutions, Inc. and each of its supported companies: UMA Education, Inc., AI Education, Inc., Global Education Group, Inc., and Nasium Training, Inc. In this capacity, Rametta provides executive leadership across a portfolio of education and training organizations focused on expanding access to high-quality, outcomes-driven learning.
Rametta is responsible for advancing enterprise strategy, ensuring operational and financial stewardship, and leading initiatives that support learner success, institutional effectiveness, and long-term sustainability across all organizations. His leadership includes developing diverse, high- performing teams and aligning resources to support mission-driven growth.
Rametta joined UMA Education, Inc. in 2009, beginning his tenure in a finance leadership role and later serving as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed President in 2019. His progression reflects deep institutional knowledge and a long-standing commitment to mission-driven education.
Prior to his current roles, Rametta was Group Finance Director of Enterprise Media Group (EMG), a $700 million segment of Dow Jones. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Management Reporting for Factiva, LLC, also a Dow Jones company.
Rametta is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University.
