Sue Edwards

As Chief Compliance Officer at Vocate Education Solutions (VES), Sue Edwards leads institutional compliance across all VES schools and training programs. She ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, state and federal mandates, and internal policies that uphold educational integrity and operational excellence.

With over 20 years of compliance leadership experience in higher education, Sue previously held the role of Vice President of Compliance at Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA), where she managed complex regulatory frameworks and delivered national presentations on accreditation, state licensing, admissions, and career services compliance. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Compliance at Kaplan Higher Education, overseeing compliance for more than 70 residential and online campuses nationwide.

Sue earned a Master of Arts in Education Administration from the College of Santa Fe.
