Greg Mueller

Greg Mueller is Senior Vice President of Operations at Vocate Education Solutions (VES). He oversees Admissions, Student Finance, Registrar, and Learner Services owing the student experience from first inquiry through graduation. His goal is to transform the student journey through technology that empowers a uniquely personalized, human-centered experience.

At Ultimate Medical Academy, where he spent more than 15 years, Mueller began his journey overseeing Student Finance and then expanded into Learner Services and Admissions, centralizing these teams under one unified vision that has enabled significant organizational growth. He also launched a Product Management function to ensure that all tools and programs used will continue to support a personalized, human-centered experience.

Prior to UMA, Mueller worked in the student finance sector of higher education for several years.

Mueller holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. He is also currently involved in UMA mentorship programs.
