Andy Rhodes

As Chief Information Officer at Vocate Education Solutions (VES), Andy Rhodes leads the strategy and implementation of technology that empowers meaningful connections among students, graduates, employer partners, and team members. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, he is known for building innovative, customer-focused teams that drive impactful digital transformation and organizational growth.

Before joining Vocate, Andy served as Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA), where he led a full-stack modernization supporting more than 25,000 learners annually. His leadership earned him recognition as a finalist for the 2025 InspireCIO “CIO of the Year” award.

Prior to his tenure at UMA, Andy was Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at UNICEF USA, overseeing the revitalization of technology operations for the globally recognized humanitarian nonprofit. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at major organizations including Mattel, Publicis, and the United States Golf Association (USGA), where he advanced strategic technology initiatives that elevated customer and partner experiences.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
