Alexandra Schaffrath
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Strategy Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at Vocate Education Solutions (VES), Alexandra Schaffrath oversees the organization’s financial, strategy, and business insights functions. She oversees accounting, treasury, and financial planning, as well as enterprise-wide strategy and analytics that support sustainable growth and improved student outcomes. Her teams play a critical role in driving organizational development and strengthening organizational performance and Alexandra previously held senior leadership roles at Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA), where she led finance and strategy. She also served as Vice President of Development at Laureate Education and held leadership positions at Career Education Corporation, following earlier analytical and consulting roles at Bear Stearns & Co. and KPMG LLP.
Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Beyond her work in education, she is deeply committed to community impact—serving as Chair of the American Heart Association’s (AHA) 2025 Go Red Campaign in Tampa and is a member of the AHA Tampa Metro Board.
